Support actuarial team in pricing and related deliverables, including UAT, regulatory filings, experience and profit monitoring, reinsurance tenders, and business reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, use internal/external data for assigned projects, adopt design-thinking and agile methods, and ensure risk and compliance best practices are followed.

Lead planning and execution of consumer promotions to drive sales. Build business cases from data insights, design promotion mechanics and creative, oversee campaign setup and testing, track budgets and performance, coordinate with stakeholders (digital, product, legal, technical), manage gifts/vouchers and procurement, and deliver post-campaign analysis and optimization.

Lead and manage complex investigations into market and non-market conduct, coordinate regulatory submissions and MAS engagements, liaise with business units and stakeholders, track remediation actions, identify systemic control gaps, and improve investigation methodologies and reporting.
