Teams at Income Insurance

Conduct enhanced monitoring and quality reviews for insurance representatives, identify compliance gaps, coordinate service recovery, and recommend corrective actions. Track review sample sizes, prepare management and regulatory reports, train reviewers on evolving standards, and help develop tools to improve review efficiency. The role also supports assigned projects and requires collaboration with business stakeholders, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Manages and optimizes HR technology platforms, particularly Oracle Fusion HCM, while partnering with HR, IT, and vendors. Leads implementations, integrations, upgrades, testing, reporting, analytics, governance, security, compliance, incident resolution, and process automation. Oversees JIRA enhancement tickets, data quality, user training, change management, and system adoption to improve HR operations and employee experience.

Manage monthly end-to-end payroll processing, including overtime, allowances, CPF, tax deductions, reconciliations, statutory submissions, claims, and employee inquiries. Administer benefits programs, renewals, enrollments, and provider relationships. Support HR compliance reporting, audits, governance reviews, and employment legislation adherence. Develop SOPs and contribute to HR process improvement, system implementation, digitalization, and automation projects while maintaining confidential and accurate records.
