Drives market growth and customer value across Travel, Personal Accident, Home, Pet, Golfer, and other consumer insurance products while partnering with Distribution, Actuarial, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Claims, Technology, regulators, reinsurers, and industry bodies.

Processes life and health insurance policy servicing transactions, prepares customer letters, reviews staff work, and supports process improvement projects and company-wide initiatives. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, multitasking, teamwork, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while handling concurrent projects.
