Field-based sales role selling Stryker upper extremities products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. Becomes product expert, manages inventory, supports OR procedures, provides training and product demonstrations, builds surgeon and hospital relationships, attends meetings, and adheres to compliance and confidentiality standards.

Nine-month intensive trainee program to become a MAKO Product Specialist. Train for MAKO certifications, provide clinical/technical support during joint replacement cases, perform pre-op CT planning and segmentation, support case logistics, and collaborate with sales and clinical teams to grow accounts and ensure quality patient care.

Support Sales Representatives in territory case coverage, inventory management, and product promotion. Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct staff on product use. Help identify sales opportunities, assist with POs, participate in sales and professional meetings, and maintain compliance and product training to support growth of Upper Extremities business.
