Own site quality performance and KPIs, lead supplier containment and CAPA activities, support PPAP and manufacturing transfers for new products, participate in cross-functional product development, apply root-cause problem solving (5-Why, 8D, DMAIC, FMEA), analyze quality data to drive improvements, manage engineering change with suppliers, and promote continuous improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, pFMEA and poka-yoke.

Design, develop, prototype, and test mechanical components for medical devices under supervision. Support root-cause analysis, documentation (Design History File), design controls, and cross-functional project work while learning regulatory-aligned engineering and quality processes.

Provide in-theatre technical and clinical support for robotic knee and hip procedures, perform pre-op CT segmentation and planning, train and support theatre staff, manage case documentation, collaborate on scheduling and inventory, and feed usage insights to product teams.
