Teams at Inari Medical

Supports Stryker ProCare and Medical operations by managing capital accessory, trial equipment, order entry, and related processes. Provides technical troubleshooting and customer support through calls, emails, and inquiries. Maintains accurate FDA-compliant records, communicates processes across departments, develops sustainment systems, supports internal partnerships, and identifies process improvement opportunities. The role is hybrid and requires 10% travel.

Coordinates receipt, inspection, cleaning, replenishment, preparation, billing support, and dispatch of surgical kits and medical materials. Maintains accurate inventory, configuration, quality, and courier records while coordinating delivery requirements with hospitals, warehouse, purchasing, engineering, booking teams, and courier partners. Ensures all kit components are complete, properly maintained, and dispatched according to established procedures, quality standards, and biohazard regulations.

Provides field-based clinical and product support for Stryker joint replacement products, including Mako robotic and manual procedures. Responsibilities include operating-room support, customer and healthcare professional training, product trials, inventory and consignment management, surgical instrument coordination, workshops, and collaboration with regional sales teams. The role covers North Italy, requires extensive travel and operating-room presence, and includes six months of Mako product training.
