Lead development and transfer of medical device manufacturing processes, ensure regulatory compliance, perform DFM for PCB/PCBA using Valor and Altium, run PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, capability and MSA studies, review validation documentation, select components/equipment, and monitor projects for on-time, on-budget delivery.

Lead sourcing for new product introductions: negotiate and implement NDAs/SOWs, execute RFQs and awards, perform supply chain risk analysis and mitigation, drive supplier cost and NRE reductions, and potentially lead supplier project work.

Provide engineering support for medical device product transfers, ensuring GMP-compliant documentation, process qualification, validation review, equipment analysis, PFMEA/Control Plan participation, and collaboration with operations and quality to deliver validated, production-ready processes.
