Test system changes and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements; create and execute test cases; identify, document and recommend fixes for defects; work in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams; collaborate with developers and stakeholders; learn or apply test automation; work under direct supervision and support team delivery.

Support customer implementations of insurance software by communicating with clients, maintaining schedules, collecting setup data, documenting product setup and training materials, creating tutorials and webinars, assisting with product configuration, and delivering timely, professional customer service.

Develop rate level indications, provide data-driven pricing recommendations, prepare and maintain rate filing documentation, and implement rate and product changes in policy systems. Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure profitability, regulatory compliance, and accurate rating engine functionality.
