Maintain CRM and POS records, document recurring issues to improve knowledge base, and support warehouse safety protocols. Stay current on product updates and deliver occasional training.

Serve as a product expert and trusted advisor to B2B clients, installers, and internal teams. Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, resolve claims, improve processes, develop SOPs and training, and leverage technology and AI to enhance client experience and retention.
