Client Experience Specialist (CX)

As a Client Experience Specialist, you'll become an expert in our products, systems, and industry. You'll work closely with clients, installers, glaziers, contractors, and internal teams to solve problems, provide technical guidance, and create the kind of experience people remember.

This is a role for someone who enjoys learning, takes ownership, and genuinely likes helping people succeed.

What You'll Do

• Support clients with product questions, troubleshooting, and solution recommendations

• Build trust through professional, responsive, and thoughtful communication

• Learn IGT products, installation concepts, and technical applications

• Resolve claims, concerns, and service challenges with urgency and accountability

• Collaborate with Revenue, Operations, Product, Supply Chain, and Branch teams

• Help improve processes, workflows, and the overall client experience

• Participate in the development of new standards, SOPs, and training materials

• Leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and service quality

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish

• Experience supporting B2B clients or professional business relationships

• A warm, professional, and solution-oriented communication style

• Exposure to AI tools and comfort learning new technologies

• Strong follow-through and attention to detail

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate challenging situations professionally

• A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
