Pulls and packs customer orders in a warehouse using electric pallet jacks or order pickers. Confirms product and unit of measure, sequences picks, labels boxes, stages pallets, maintains area cleanliness, follows safety and loading procedures, and may be cross-trained into other warehouse roles.

Drive sales growth by acquiring and managing assigned retail accounts: prospecting, presenting products/promotions, forecasting, resolving customer issues, coordinating cross-functional support, performing profitability analyses, and maintaining regular customer visits. Responsible for collections support, competitive research, and documenting business plans and opportunity statuses.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, achieve sales targets, collaborate with sales and marketing, provide regular sales reports, resolve account issues, and visit customer locations for account development and retention.
