Own Immutable’s pipeline-generation system, including inbound prioritization, outbound strategy, AI-driven workflows, prospecting playbooks, funnel reporting, messaging, and BD handoffs. The role is responsible for improving lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline volume, and scalability while partnering with Growth, Commercial, and executive leadership.

Build and ship Audience, Immutable’s MarTech platform for gaming studios. Own product features end to end across attribution, measurement, lifecycle messaging, segmentation, experimentation, and AI-powered growth. Work hands-on across frontend and backend systems using TypeScript and Go, collaborate with Product, Design, Data, founders, and customers, and contribute to an AI-native engineering workflow.

Own end-to-end performance marketing for a portfolio of game studios: plan, launch and optimise paid acquisition, set up ad networks, run launch and lifecycle programs, onboard studios to Immutable Audience, manage budgets, track performance, and build repeatable growth playbooks.

Own and evolve AWS and EKS foundations, implement Infrastructure-as-Code, define SLOs/SLIs and observability, drive incident response and on-call practices, partner with security/product/data teams, and reduce technical debt while improving platform reliability and performance.
