Teams at Immutable

Lead the design and technical direction of Immutable Audience’s data platform. Build real-time streaming infrastructure with Kafka, Flink, and ClickHouse; own BigQuery warehouse datasets and dbt transformations; and establish standards for data quality, testing, observability, cost, and latency. Mentor engineers, guide architecture decisions, communicate trade-offs to stakeholders, and integrate AI tooling into engineering workflows and platform capabilities.

Own end-to-end performance marketing and lifecycle growth for a portfolio of game studios: plan, launch and optimize paid acquisition, configure ad networks, run launch and retention programs (email/CRM), onboard studios to Immutable Audience, manage budgets and performance, and build scalable growth playbooks.

Partner with the CCO to translate commercial strategy into executed programs across GTM; support sales and customer growth, own pricing/upsell/renewals problem-solving, run operating rhythms and OKRs, build AI tooling for leverage, lead board/pitch materials, and coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, GTM Ops, Finance and Legal.
