Own product features end to end for the Immersive One cybersecurity platform. Conduct customer research, define hypotheses, design intuitive interfaces, create wireframes and prototypes, and validate decisions through qualitative and quantitative data. Apply Object-Oriented UX and contribute to the design system while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and customers. Influence product strategy, measure design impact against KPIs, and support an inclusive design community.

Deliver cybersecurity platform demonstrations, free trials, technical qualification, and first 60 days of customer onboarding. Lead webinars, workshops, and cyber bootcamps; support customer adoption and migration at scale. Partner with sales, customer operations, product, content, and engineering teams while communicating technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Delivers technical pre-sales demonstrations, free trials, customer onboarding, enablement, webinars, and migration support at scale. The role partners with sales and customer operations, provides light integration guidance, identifies technical blockers, supports expansion, and represents customer needs to product and engineering teams. Cybersecurity expertise, strong presentation skills, IT fundamentals, and familiarity with security tools and cloud environments are important.
