The FP&A Analyst will monitor business performance, analyze financial variances, produce ARR and cost reports, support budgeting and rolling forecasts, maintain workforce cost analysis, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. The role will partner across teams, improve FP&A processes, build financial models, and explore SQL, data modeling, and AI/LLM applications to enhance financial analysis.

Own inbound lead qualification, pipeline generation, discovery conversations, trials, account handoffs, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Maintain a book of business, manage CRM data, monitor account health, handle objections, forecast accurately, and collaborate with solution consultants and enterprise account managers. The 18-month development path spans sales development, customer success, and account management in a cybersecurity-focused environment.

Leads cybersecurity consulting across the customer lifecycle, supporting presales demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, executive reviews, cyber skills programs, crisis simulations, and platform adoption. Advises strategic customers on cyber resilience, risk measurement, security initiatives, and program roadmaps. Partners with sales, product, content, and engineering teams while serving as a trusted embedded advisor and escalation point.
