Finance Intern supporting customer profitability analysis and reporting for a creative manufacturing company. Assist the Mounting Operator with equipment setup, material retrieval, job production, quality inspection, and accurate reporting through MIS systems. Maintain a clean and safe workstation, identify and report problems, meet productivity standards, and perform physical production tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive manual work. Overtime may be required.

Designs, develops, integrates, administers, and supports enterprise applications on the Claris FileMaker platform. Builds custom ERP, manufacturing, production management, workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, and integrations with SQL Server, EDI platforms, REST APIs, and third-party systems. Leads requirements gathering, data modeling, testing, deployment, documentation, performance tuning, and support while establishing development standards and serving as the organization’s FileMaker subject matter expert. The role is onsite in Grayslake.

Reviews print and digital creative assets before delivery, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, localization completeness, typography quality, required elements, and technical compliance. Compares localized artwork with source files, identifies visual and formatting issues, communicates corrections to cross-functional teams, maintains QC documentation, and supports workflow improvements while managing multiple deadlines.

Leads commercial finance strategy, value creation, pricing optimization, margin expansion, and profitability improvement. Partners with executives and commercial teams on customer selection, portfolio strategy, investments, forecasting, scenario planning, and business cases. Oversees pricing governance, revenue growth management, profitability analysis, performance dashboards, and enterprise initiatives designed to improve earnings and long-term value.

Leads enterprise planning and S&OP across four manufacturing sites, integrating demand, supply, capacity, inventory, revenue, and financial plans. Facilitates executive planning reviews, scenario analysis, KPI reporting, and risk mitigation. Oversees enterprise procurement governance, strategic sourcing, supplier performance, contract optimization, cost reduction, and supply continuity. Partners cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Product Management, and executive leadership.

Administers the Dotti platform after customer onboarding, managing client data, system configurations, user permissions, catalogs, pricing, variable-data solutions, kits, and multi-location distribution programs. Tests releases, implements enhancements, translates business requirements into scalable workflows, and resolves system, data, customer, and production issues. Partners with Production, Scheduling, Kit Engineering, and other stakeholders to align technology with order intake, manufacturing, fulfillment, and distribution processes.

Manage end-to-end print production projects using Workfront, iQuote/Monarch/PrintFlow and Creative Cloud. Coordinate cross-functional teams (prepress, color, print, fabrication, logistics), create schedules, track labor and budgets, ensure quality and on-time delivery, handle vendor outsourcing and billing, and maintain job tracking and invoicing.

Design and engineer structural solutions for retail, QSR, and hospitality environments. Produce detailed CAD drawings and 3D models, ensure structural integrity and manufacturability, support prototyping and testing, collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, present to clients, and maintain documentation and compliance with codes and standards.

Assist the folder/gluer operator with machine set-up and operation, maintain quality and productivity, report issues, keep the work area orderly, log time/quantities in ELF, and perform other assigned duties. Work night shift and overtime as needed.

Manage print production projects end-to-end using Workfront, iQuote/Monarch/PrintFlow and Creative Cloud. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones, ensure quality control, manage budgets, billing, vendor outsourcing, and on-time delivery to meet client expectations.

Drive revenue growth by expanding existing client accounts (70%) and acquiring new clients (30%). Build pipelines, lead proposals and pitches, conduct demos, negotiate pricing, update Salesforce, attend trade shows, and collaborate with marketing and sales operations. Manage transition to implementation and support company-wide sales strategy and reporting. Travel up to 50%.

Manage end-to-end print and decor projects: define scope, create schedules and budgets, coordinate clients/creative/suppliers, oversee prepress-to-delivery production, proof and approve assets, track costs, mitigate risks, and maintain project documentation.

Assist with operating digital presses, prepare materials, complete print jobs to customer specifications, perform quality checks, review proofs, document production information, and learn preventative maintenance. Handle materials using forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain workplace safety and cleanliness, meet productivity standards, and collaborate with production staff. The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working scheduled overtime as needed.

Leads kitting and assembly operations by delegating work, preparing production lines, adjusting equipment, verifying quality, managing supplies, troubleshooting issues, and completing production documentation. Trains and supports employees, assists with supervisory duties, maintains equipment, tracks production costs and hours, ensures USPS mailing compliance when applicable, and promotes workplace safety and productivity.

Creates and develops high-quality graphic designs, layouts, and print or web-ready solutions across multiple mediums. Collaborates with clients, sales, and internal teams to define requirements, manage timelines, and deliver creative projects. Maintains organized files, reviews design quality, audits production, evaluates customer feedback and marketing trends, and recommends process improvements. Requires knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, print production, color calibration, preflight, page layout, and basic design.

Supervise mail room staff to meet daily production and delivery goals. Assign work, manage labor costs and attendance, approve timesheets and PTO, enforce policies, train and coach employees, ensure safety and ISO compliance, perform operator duties as needed, and escalate issues.

Assemble high-quality custom frames from pre-cut mitered molding and stretch canvas artworks. Fit glazing, mats, backing, and hardware; perform quality inspections, repairs, inventory management, and meet production schedules while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
