Stage materials per job tickets, prepare and return press components, assist press operators, maintain cleanliness and safety, stock supplies, weigh product skids, handle waste ink and rags, and communicate staging/status to supervisors to maximize press productivity.

Provide production support to creative teams by creating adaptive layouts, retouching images, preparing digital assets and print-ready files, building templates and production mechanicals, and collaborating with account managers to ensure projects meet client expectations on schedule.

Leads kitting and assembly operations by delegating work, preparing production lines, adjusting equipment, verifying quality, managing supplies, troubleshooting issues, and completing production documentation. Trains and supports employees, assists with supervisory duties, maintains equipment, tracks production costs and hours, ensures USPS mailing compliance when applicable, and promotes workplace safety and productivity.
