Develop and enhance applications using C#/.NET Core, SQL, TypeScript, React, and Azure. Responsibilities include building features, writing tests and documentation, refactoring code, working across the full technology stack, troubleshooting defects, supporting planning and estimation, following DevOps practices, assisting junior developers, and collaborating with QA, support, project managers, business analysts, and clients.

Leads multiple complex technical programs and strategic initiatives across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, security, architecture, and business teams. Develops roadmaps, governance processes, delivery plans, KPIs, executive reporting, and risk-management frameworks. Coordinates dependencies, resources, releases, and stakeholder communications throughout the SDLC. Champions Agile practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while translating technical issues into business recommendations. The role is fully remote in the U.S. and requires travel of up to 10%.

Lead billing, collections, and accounts receivable operations to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and optimize cash flow. Partner cross-functionally to resolve contract-to-billing issues, improve order-to-cash processes, implement automation and controls, produce reporting/KPIs, and mentor a billing and collections team.

Manage a large portfolio of customers to drive retention, renewals, adoption, and expansion. Forecast customer health and revenue, collaborate cross-functionally, escalate client needs, and support professional services. Proactively generate upsell pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene, attend meetings and events, and travel to client or regional meetings as needed.

Lead ImageTrend's federal market strategy and drive revenue growth across federal agencies by managing full sales lifecycle for enterprise SaaS. Build executive relationships, navigate federal procurement, pursue multi-year opportunities, coordinate cross-functional proposal and contracting efforts, and provide market intelligence to influence product and go-to-market strategy.

Create and maintain user-focused product documentation and learning resources for software products. Plan content strategy, produce help docs, release notes, and videos, manage knowledgebases and taxonomy, leverage AI-assisted workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze documentation usage, and improve documentation processes and tools.

Deliver and coordinate technical customer implementations and integrations for ImageTrend solutions. Manage implementation schedules, document requirements and progress, provide onsite and virtual training, maintain client relationships, hand off to Support, and contribute to documentation and departmental processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend industry events as needed. Travel up to 10%.

Provide first-line application support for ImageTrend products: troubleshoot issues via phone/email/chat, track and escalate tickets within SLAs, communicate updates to customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, test/duplicate reported problems, and attend occasional travel for events or onboarding.

Manage client implementation projects end-to-end: plan, schedule, track performance, manage resources, run product rollouts and transitions, design risk mitigation, maintain documentation, coordinate with Data Specialists on data quality/compliance, and travel to customer or company events as needed (up to 10%).
