The Senior Accountant supports month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606, payroll accounting, audits, compliance, and financial reporting. The role partners cross-functionally to resolve billing and accounting issues, improve internal controls, automate processes, and support ERP and financial-system implementations. This hybrid or remote position requires up to 10% travel.

Reviews, drafts, negotiates, and administers moderately complex SaaS and commercial agreements throughout their lifecycle. The role manages contract records, approvals, renewals, amendments, and terminations; advises stakeholders on contractual, regulatory, privacy, security, and commercial risks; leads negotiations; and partners with Sales, Finance, Product, Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to improve contracting workflows and processes.

Coordinates software implementation projects from planning through execution, including scheduling, requirements tracking, client training, documentation, scoping, and stakeholder communication. Builds trusted client relationships, supports project delivery improvements, contributes to product and instructional documentation, and presents at events. The role is fully remote in the U.S. with up to 10% travel.

Supports cybersecurity compliance, governance, and risk management programs across frameworks including NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, GovRAMP, HIPAA, and SOC 2. Responsibilities include maintaining audit documentation, coordinating assessments, testing controls, tracking remediation, managing risk registers and vendor assessments, validating AWS and Azure controls, supporting customer due diligence, and coordinating cross-functional compliance initiatives. The role is fully remote in the United States and requires up to 10% travel.

Own the strategic vision, roadmap, commercialization, and business outcomes for the Unified Analytics product area. Lead and develop Product Owners, drive continuous discovery, establish product governance, and partner with Engineering, UX, customers, and go-to-market teams. Translate customer and market insights into prioritized product investments, scalable solutions, and measurable growth in revenue, retention, adoption, and market expansion.

Leads multiple complex technical programs and strategic initiatives across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, security, architecture, and business teams. Develops roadmaps, governance processes, delivery plans, KPIs, executive reporting, and risk-management frameworks. Coordinates dependencies, resources, releases, and stakeholder communications throughout the SDLC. Champions Agile practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while translating technical issues into business recommendations. The role is fully remote in the U.S. and requires travel of up to 10%.

Lead ImageTrend's federal market strategy and drive revenue growth across federal agencies by managing full sales lifecycle for enterprise SaaS. Build executive relationships, navigate federal procurement, pursue multi-year opportunities, coordinate cross-functional proposal and contracting efforts, and provide market intelligence to influence product and go-to-market strategy.
