Develops and optimizes enterprise database environments across SQL Server and Azure platforms. Responsibilities include query and execution-plan tuning, indexing, database design, monitoring, incident response, backup and recovery, high availability, security, compliance, capacity planning, automation, documentation, and collaboration with development and DBA teams. The role supports ETL/ELT, data warehouses, lakehouses, and large-scale datasets, participates in on-call support, and may travel up to 10%.

Provides post-sales technical account management for SaaS customers, advising on solution optimization, environmental stability, upgrades, technical changes, and issue resolution. Coordinates with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and technical teams; monitors KPIs and SLAs; conducts account reviews; identifies expansion opportunities; presents best practices; mentors junior staff; and supports customer and industry events. The role is fully remote in the US with up to 25% travel.

Reviews, drafts, negotiates, and administers moderately complex SaaS and commercial agreements throughout their lifecycle. The role manages contract records, approvals, renewals, amendments, and terminations; advises stakeholders on contractual, regulatory, privacy, security, and commercial risks; leads negotiations; and partners with Sales, Finance, Product, Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to improve contracting workflows and processes.
