Coordinates software implementation projects from planning through execution, including scheduling, requirements tracking, client training, documentation, scoping, and stakeholder communication. Builds trusted client relationships, supports project delivery improvements, contributes to product and instructional documentation, and presents at events. The role is fully remote in the U.S. with up to 10% travel.

Supports cybersecurity compliance, governance, and risk management programs across frameworks including NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, GovRAMP, HIPAA, and SOC 2. Responsibilities include maintaining audit documentation, coordinating assessments, testing controls, tracking remediation, managing risk registers and vendor assessments, validating AWS and Azure controls, supporting customer due diligence, and coordinating cross-functional compliance initiatives. The role is fully remote in the United States and requires up to 10% travel.

Own the strategic vision, roadmap, commercialization, and business outcomes for the Unified Analytics product area. Lead and develop Product Owners, drive continuous discovery, establish product governance, and partner with Engineering, UX, customers, and go-to-market teams. Translate customer and market insights into prioritized product investments, scalable solutions, and measurable growth in revenue, retention, adoption, and market expansion.
