Conduct one-to-one spoken English interviews with IELTS candidates on weekends, assess performance according to IELTS requirements, maintain confidentiality and test security, follow examiner standards, and complete standardization training and recertification. The role requires strong judgment, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills when working with stressed candidates.

Supports financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business decision-making. The role analyzes revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational trends; maintains Power BI dashboards and reporting tools; validates ERP data; supports month-end and year-end activities; and contributes to scenario modeling, process improvements, reporting automation, and special projects.

Oversee company bookkeeping and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies. Responsibilities include managing ERP-to-accounting interfaces, credit card and bank reconciliations, recurring journal entries, prepaids and accruals, vendor setup, invoice processing, AP support, and assisting with period-end and year-end close. The role also handles financial data entry, maintains accurate records, supports vendor relationships, and completes ad hoc accounting tasks.

Conduct one-to-one IELTS speaking interviews for candidates, assess spoken English according to established requirements, and maintain strict confidentiality and test security. The examiner must follow the IELTS Examiner Code of Practice, complete standardization training and recertification, and examine candidates primarily on weekends. Candidates must hold recognized TESOL qualifications and a degree or equivalent, plus at least three years of relevant TESOL teaching experience, mainly with adult learners.

Manage and coordinate all IELTS test center operations: scheduling, staffing (examiners, invigilators, markers), candidate processing, security of materials, fee collection, reporting, complaint handling, training backup staff, and local marketing. In-person weekend work required.

Part-time proctors administer and monitor IELTS tests, check candidate IDs and belongings, escort candidates as needed, and ensure secure, punctual test delivery. Must clearly read the proctor script and work weekend test days.

Lead sales strategy and enrollment activities for ILSC, ELS, Greystone across Chile, Argentina, or Uruguay. Build and train agent networks, drive pricing and promotions, attend fairs, produce quotes, report on performance, and support regional sales planning to meet enrollment targets.
