Conduct one-to-one spoken English interviews with IELTS candidates on weekends, assess performance according to IELTS requirements, maintain confidentiality and test security, follow examiner standards, and complete standardization training and recertification. The role requires strong judgment, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills when working with stressed candidates.

Supports financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business decision-making. The role analyzes revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational trends; maintains Power BI dashboards and reporting tools; validates ERP data; supports month-end and year-end activities; and contributes to scenario modeling, process improvements, reporting automation, and special projects.

Oversee company bookkeeping and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies. Responsibilities include managing ERP-to-accounting interfaces, credit card and bank reconciliations, recurring journal entries, prepaids and accruals, vendor setup, invoice processing, AP support, and assisting with period-end and year-end close. The role also handles financial data entry, maintains accurate records, supports vendor relationships, and completes ad hoc accounting tasks.
