Builds and manages teams of up to 100+ employees, develops leadership talent, drives operational excellence, and aligns technology roadmaps with business priorities. Oversees SAP platforms including S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, and integrations with PLM, MES, CRM, and ALM systems.

Develop, characterize, scale, transfer, and sustain high-volume manufacturing processes for genomic consumables. Responsibilities include adhesive and epoxy bonding, laser processing, singulation, automated assembly, wire bonding, experimentation, process qualification, statistical analysis, root-cause investigation, documentation, change control, and production ramp support.
