Territory-focused Sales Engineer responsible for growing and managing industrial accounts across Southern IL, IN, and KY. Provide technical sales support for motors, drives, pumps, gearboxes, and field services, perform site visits, prepare quotes with internal teams, maintain CRM forecasting, and meet revenue and margin targets while building strong customer relationships.

Inspect, diagnose, and evaluate gearboxes and pumps; develop repair scopes and cost estimates; prepare quotes; coordinate shop repairs; communicate findings to customers and teams; recommend reliability improvements; support sales/service; maintain documentation; ensure safety and quality compliance.

Set up and operate lathes and milling machines, perform OD/ID threading, read blueprints and create drawings, use micrometers to maintain tolerances, reverse-engineer parts, machine bronze/steel/aluminum, operate forklifts/cranes/presses, read work orders, and support other departments as needed.
