Serve as front-line receptionist and provide accounting and office support: process invoices, post payments, assist AP/AR, maintain records, handle mail, greet visitors, and support multiple teams with administrative tasks.

Set up and operate lathes and milling machines, perform OD/ID threading, read blueprints and create drawings, use micrometers to maintain tolerances, reverse-engineer parts, machine bronze/steel/aluminum, operate forklifts/cranes/presses, read work orders, and support other departments as needed.

Handle incoming customer inquiries, produce accurate repair and replacement quotes, enter and maintain orders in the ERP, coordinate with shop/purchasing/scheduling, support outside sales, track quote conversion, and maintain strong customer communication to drive repeat business and timely delivery.
