Leads continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing operations. Uses Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis to improve productivity, quality, throughput, and cost performance. Oversees safety programs, risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, employee training, and corrective actions. Partners with plant leadership to standardize work, sustain process improvements, monitor KPIs, and promote a culture of safety and accountability.

Oversee structural design inputs and project detailing for bar grating fabrication. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, defining scope, preparing material take-offs, developing RFIs and change orders, creating and checking 2D/3D drawings and models, coordinating with customers and detailing teams, resolving project issues, and ensuring deliverables meet schedule and budget requirements. Occasional short-term travel may be required.

The Safety Coordinator leads workplace health, safety, environmental, and quality initiatives across production and fabrication operations. Responsibilities include managing safety teams and budgets, delivering training, conducting audits and site inspections, investigating incidents, maintaining accurate reporting, supporting regional management, and developing compliant safety programs and procedures. The role also focuses on productivity, waste reduction, product quality, and adherence to corporate and regulatory standards.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for industrial and manufacturing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring coordination, background checks, onboarding, and compliance processes. Partner with hiring managers, maintain applicant tracking systems and talent pipelines, manage job postings, monitor recruiting metrics, prepare reports, and build relationships with external recruiting partners and educational institutions. This is a six-month contract with potential full-time conversion.
