Lead continuous improvement and safety programs across manufacturing: implement Lean/Six Sigma methods, conduct root cause analyses, manage safety compliance and risk assessments, drive process improvements, train employees, and report performance to plant leadership.

Review structural design inputs, define scope, produce detailed grating fabrication drawings, perform 2D/3D modeling and drafting, coordinate with sales/customers, manage RFIs, change orders and project schedules, ensure deliverables meet codes (AISC, NISD) and resolve issues across teams. Occasional short-term travel.

Lead and manage site health, safety, environmental, and quality programs for fabrication/production. Conduct audits, training, incident investigations, reporting, and development of procedures to improve productivity, reduce waste, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting regional management.

Set up, operate, and maintain wire drawing, straightening, and cut-off equipment; load and feed coils; inspect product with micrometers and gauges; meet production and quality targets; perform minor adjustments; complete production reports; follow safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement.

Manage all sales activities for an assigned region, build and maintain client relationships, generate leads, present product solutions, forecast territory sales, coordinate shipping and collections, represent the company at events, and mentor new sales staff.
