Manage full-cycle recruiting for industrial and manufacturing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring coordination, background checks, onboarding, and compliance processes. Partner with hiring managers, maintain applicant tracking systems and talent pipelines, manage job postings, monitor recruiting metrics, prepare reports, and build relationships with external recruiting partners and educational institutions. This is a six-month contract with potential full-time conversion.

Develops regional sales through lead generation, customer relationship management, product demonstrations, territory forecasting, sales reporting, marketing events, payment collection, shipping coordination, and post-sale support. Maintains customer satisfaction, identifies new business opportunities, coordinates merchandise and service delivery, and trains new sales employees. Requires a high school diploma, preferably a bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing, and substantial sales and management experience.

Leads continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing operations. Uses Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis to improve productivity, quality, throughput, and cost performance. Oversees safety programs, risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, employee training, and corrective actions. Partners with plant leadership to standardize work, sustain process improvements, monitor KPIs, and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
