Enter and review underwriting submissions and endorsements in the Impact system, ensuring accuracy and KPI compliance. Attend exposure management meetings, conduct risk research, and coordinate with Claims, Administration, and Underwriting Management. Support smooth departmental operations and complete additional duties assigned by management.

Perform quarterly accident-year reserving, regulatory reporting (Solvency II, IFRS 17), and annual business planning. Prepare returns for regulators and rating agencies, develop management information and automation, liaise with underwriters/claims, and support actuarial analyses, reconciliations and ad-hoc requests.

Provide actuarial review of underwriting submissions, build and parameterise rating tools, develop pricing dashboards (Power BI), monitor rate adequacy and KPIs, augment submission data and databases, collaborate with underwriters and senior management, and support reserving and capital with data-driven pricing insights.
