Manage end-to-end talent acquisition across the APAC region, including sourcing, recruitment strategy, agency partnerships, assessment, selection, offers, and onboarding. Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders across Australia and Asia, provide trusted talent advice, support executive recruitment, influence hiring strategies, and promote an inclusive, exceptional candidate experience.

Leads client, competitor, and market intelligence frameworks supporting investment research. Translates internal and external intelligence into actionable insights for client engagement, product strategy, and solution design. Collaborates with Global Client Solutions, Product Strategy and Innovation, and asset-class teams. The role requires expertise in institutional investor behavior, asset allocation, portfolio construction, private and public markets, client segmentation, consultant dynamics, product positioning, and market trends, along with strong qualitative synthesis, data visualization, and executive communication skills.

Supports the Chief Operating Officer and ODT Leadership Team through strategic coordination, management reporting, business planning, financial oversight, governance, executive communications, performance dashboards, and KPI development. The role strengthens operating discipline, accountability, workflow execution, and alignment between Operations, Data, Technology, and enterprise stakeholders.

Supports the Director of Risk and Compliance in managing regulatory compliance for a registered investment adviser and broker-dealer. Advises business units, oversees regulatory filings, annual reviews, compliance monitoring, AML and KYC activities, marketing reviews, training, regulatory change, policies, procedures, and service providers. Contributes to new product compliance frameworks, strategic initiatives, stakeholder projects, and global compliance programs across US and Canadian jurisdictions.

Monitor, diagnose, and resolve security events and incidents across networks, servers, endpoints, and cloud applications. Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, and reviews; investigate root causes; recommend mitigation strategies; improve security operations through automation; develop and monitor policies and controls; provide cybersecurity expertise, user support, training, and vendor coordination.

Manages regulatory and control assurance obligations, including GS007 audits, operational due diligence reviews, and investor reporting. Assesses operational processes, controls, incidents, outsourcing, resilience, cybersecurity, data management, and disaster recovery arrangements. Coordinates third-party risk management activities, validates control information, escalates material risks, and collaborates with risk, compliance, procurement, governance committees, and external auditors.

Support Global Strategic Partnerships through partner due diligence, market and thematic research, and preparation of high-quality briefing materials and slide decks. Coordinate cross-team inputs, track partnership activity, and improve processes to enable senior engagement and progress partnership discussions.

Lead commercial legal work for infrastructure debt transactions, debt investment management agreements, new debt products, restructurings, and corporate projects. Advise investment and infrastructure teams on legal, regulatory, financing, and risk matters across the US, UK, and occasionally APAC. Negotiate transaction documents, support diligence and execution, manage external counsel, improve legal processes, and provide practical advice to senior stakeholders.

Lead and implement North America public affairs strategy, build government and stakeholder relationships, advise investment teams on policy and reputational risks, manage media and executive communications, prepare policy and briefing materials, and support integrated engagement and governance for corporate public policy and stakeholder relations.
