Teams at IFM Investors

Perform and oversee performance and risk analytics and reporting across IFM products and asset classes. Produce attribution, performance calculations, FUM and fee reports using FactSet, Bloomberg, B-One and in‑house systems. Support, review and mentor analysts, manage team workflows, lead technical stakeholder discussions, drive process improvements, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery of performance reporting.

Support OT-focused cloud security through monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, control creation, metrics/reporting, and partnering with internal teams and vendors to strengthen security and resilience.

Lead delivery of employee relations, WHS and policy projects globally. Provide technical ER advice, coaching to P&C and business leaders, develop consistent toolkits/templates, engage and interpret external counsel, and improve ER processes to reduce organisational risk.
