Provides technical support and resolution for identity management solutions, including complex Okta issues, incident management, root cause analysis, system enhancements, custom development, documentation, and customer requirements gathering. Mentors junior team members, coordinates with vendors, communicates proactively with clients, and supports daily IAM operations and reporting.

Designs, implements, and maintains identity and access management solutions, with a focus on Saviynt implementations. Develops IAM policies and standards, integrates access controls with enterprise systems, conducts risk assessments and security audits, advises stakeholders, evaluates IAM technologies, and leads implementation projects. Serves as an IAM subject matter expert while supporting compliance, identity governance, authentication, authorization, and access management initiatives.

Lead deployment, integration, configuration, testing, and maintenance of IAM solutions. Gather requirements, design architectures, provide troubleshooting, training, documentation, and ongoing product support for clients.
