Lead AI advisory and policy support for government and social-sector clients in India: design and deploy AI-native systems and governance frameworks, originate and manage advisory and evaluation engagements, build client relationships, direct technical teams, manage budgets and practice growth, deliver thought leadership, and design trainings to strengthen AI transformation in public-sector settings.

Short-term role to operationalize a configured Salesforce CRM: configure reports/dashboards, verify Slack and Google Workspace integrations, design and deliver role-based training, create SOPs and training assets, serve as first-line support during rollout, triage issues, and document workflows and recurring issues for a fundraising and partnerships team.

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, training, and offboarding; design and institutionalize HR and operations systems and policies; support office logistics, immigration, vendor management, and budgeting; strengthen employee experience and culture through feedback, events, and organizational development; and support the India Executive Team on staffing and internal communications while driving efficiencies (including via AI tools).

Lead advisory and evaluation engagements: manage client relationships, project design and delivery, budgets and compliance, mentor junior staff, ensure quality control, and support organizational growth and office risk management. Provide evidence-based counsel to governments, NGOs, and funders and collaborate with technical teams to maintain analytical rigor.

Lead day-to-day project execution, design and oversee data collection and analysis, create client deliverables, manage stakeholder relationships, contribute to organizational systems and team-building, and travel to field sites. Role blends research, monitoring & evaluation, data analysis, and client-facing work in international development.

Design and implement quantitative and qualitative evaluations, ensure methodological rigor, draft technical documents, support diverse project teams, provide technical training, publish research, and develop new projects and services to inform policy and program decisions in global development.

Lead and manage high-impact client engagements in Indonesia, driving product development (AI-assisted dashboards), technical quality, project execution, budgeting, risk management, and staff mentorship while contributing to business development and organizational learning.

Conduct and manage research design, data collection, and quantitative/qualitative analysis; create client deliverables and visualizations; oversee field data collection teams; engage clients and stakeholders; contribute to internal systems, communications, and office culture; travel to project sites as needed.
