Maintains multi-entity financial records across global operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, revenue and accounts receivable, audits, tax compliance, consolidated statements, and Form 990 preparation. Manages intercompany transactions, employee advances, settlements, ERP operations, and process improvements. Supports Microsoft Business Central implementation, financial reporting, team training, and cross-functional collaboration across entities in Asia, Africa, and the United States.

Lead IDinsight’s organizational strategy, growth, and external positioning. Own strategy definition and OKR/KPI processes, Board engagement, major scale and cost-effectiveness initiatives, M&A diligence, and sector thought leadership. Drive strategic projects, build high-impact partnerships with funders and governments, and support AI transformation and regional execution to achieve large-scale, cost-effective social impact.

Lead day-to-day execution of the GO-HRM project in Meghalaya: manage team workflows, engage embeddedly with government stakeholders, assess capacity and training needs, support digital data systems, produce client deliverables, identify service delivery bottlenecks using data, and contribute to organisational knowledge and communications.
