The Project Accountant will manage monthly close processes, reconcile project costs, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

Support account management for 5-6 client accounts: act as day-to-day backup contact, provide status updates and reports, coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely asset delivery, and research client opportunities.

Support senior leadership with executive administration, calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, CRM updates, partner coordination, proposal and presentation support, action-item tracking, and cross-team communication to drive Growth and Partnerships operations.

Lead creative development across content, campaigns, experiences, and events from concept through delivery. Build visual concepts and creative directions, write scripts/briefs, contribute to pitches and new business, and collaborate closely with project leads, designers, and writers. Must be design-minded, writing-capable, and comfortable working in person in Atlanta under tight timelines.
