Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
Employees that reside within the state of Georgia are expected to work in GlenCastle on Tuesdays plus one other day a week of their choice (Tuesday+1). The other 3 days are flexible, allowing the employee to either work from GlenCastle or remotely.
