Executive leader responsible for nationwide clinical laboratory strategy, operations, regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality management, financial performance, technology, vendor relationships, risk management, and workforce development. Oversees high-complexity toxicology and clinical testing, laboratory growth, automation, business continuity, and performance reporting while partnering with clinical leadership to support patient safety and treatment outcomes.

Provides street outreach, intensive case management, advocacy, housing assistance, benefits navigation, and referrals for individuals affected by substance use, poverty, mental illness, and criminal justice involvement. Builds participant relationships, coordinates with community partners and service providers, supports court-related needs, and conducts community education and outreach about LEAD, medication-assisted treatment, and substance use disorder services.

Administers employee leave and benefits programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, enrollment, qualifying life events, and open enrollment. Maintains confidential records, coordinates with payroll, carriers, vendors, and employees, prepares required documentation, supports compliance reporting and audits, and communicates policies clearly. The role also provides general HR support, maintains procedures and resources, and manages multi-state leave and benefits requirements in a fully remote environment.

Provides street outreach, intensive case management, advocacy, and supportive services to individuals affected by substance use, poverty, behavioral health conditions, and criminal justice involvement. Assesses needs, connects participants with housing, benefits, healthcare, and community resources, supports court-related matters, and collaborates with service providers. The role also includes community outreach, partner development, education, and promoting harm-reduction and medication-assisted treatment services.

Provide street-based outreach and intensive case management to 25–30 clients with substance use disorders and low-level drug offenses. Assess needs, connect clients to housing, benefits, medical and behavioral health services, advocate within the criminal justice system, build community partnerships, and deliver education and training to expand access to medication-assisted treatment.

Provide street-based outreach and intensive case management to a caseload of ~25–30 participants in the LEAD Project. Assess substance use and housing needs, assist with benefits and housing access, coordinate with community and criminal justice partners, advocate in court, and represent the program at community events while providing education and training on medication-assisted treatment and harm reduction.
