Supports the Head of Client Development in identifying and securing NHS commercial opportunities. Responsibilities include researching NHS organisations, identifying stakeholders, generating outbound leads, booking meetings, preparing proposals and bid responses, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with clinical, operations, and service delivery teams. The role develops commercial expertise and progressively manages an opportunity pipeline while meeting outbound activity, meeting, proposal, follow-up, and CRM accuracy targets.

Provide operational and administrative support to healthcare recruiters placing professionals into US locum assignments. Manage a shared pool of providers, handle credentialing and contract workflows, maintain records in Nova, send client documents via DocuSign, run pipeline reports, communicate with providers, and assist with license requests and recruiter pipeline readiness.

Design, configure, automate, integrate, and support the ServiceNow platform. Build workflows, scripts, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server operations. Troubleshoot platform issues, ensure performance and upgrade readiness, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and maintain governance and documentation.

Maintain and build Workday integrations (internal and external) using RaaS, Core Connectors, APIs, Studio and EIBs; monitor performance, test during releases, develop Prism reports and dashboards, and collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure secure, stable data flows.
