Supports Account Managers by coordinating healthcare professional bookings for NHS client vacancies, advertising open shifts, maintaining accurate records, handling confirmations and database updates, preparing reports, and managing client and internal communications. The role also monitors terminations and name changes, responds to inbound calls, assists with administrative duties, and escalates issues for resolution.

Supports the Head of Client Development in identifying and securing NHS commercial opportunities. Responsibilities include researching NHS organisations, identifying stakeholders, generating outbound leads, booking meetings, preparing proposals and bid responses, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with clinical, operations, and service delivery teams. The role develops commercial expertise and progressively manages an opportunity pipeline while meeting outbound activity, meeting, proposal, follow-up, and CRM accuracy targets.

Design, configure, automate, integrate, and support the ServiceNow platform. Build workflows, scripts, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server operations. Troubleshoot platform issues, ensure performance and upgrade readiness, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and maintain governance and documentation.
