Supervise and coordinate production associates on 2nd shift, assign tasks, ensure safety and GMP compliance, train and coach staff, monitor productivity and quality, investigate incidents, and report to senior management.

Lead Manhattan Active WM solution design and multi-site rollout, migrate legacy WMS/TMS/WES/WCS, define processes and standards, validate warehouse hardware and automation, manage integrations, testing, cutover, go-live stabilization, documentation, and mentor internal teams.

Manage inbound/outbound shipments, schedule carrier appointments, process deliveries, check tractors/trailers, complete outbound loads, perform daily audits and inventory/yard checks, resolve shipping/receiving discrepancies, enforce safety and GMP compliance, maintain records and team communication.
