Coordinate shift materials, packaging, and personnel to meet production schedules. Train and assign lift operators and line leads, generate documentation and labels, manage returns, enforce GMP and 5S, monitor equipment inventory, and support supervisors resolving issues.

The Operations Supervisor manages team workflows, ensures safety and efficiency, coaches staff, and serves as a link to upper management.

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple sites including warehousing, distribution, packaging, transportation, P&L, safety, continuous improvement, staffing, and customer relations. Drive performance metrics, compliance, reporting, and associate development to meet organizational and customer objectives.
