The role involves operating industrial equipment to move, stack, and store products in a distribution center while ensuring safety and inventory accuracy.

Supervise warehouse associates to ensure safe, efficient operations. Assign tasks, coach staff, monitor performance and compliance (including GMP), investigate incidents, manage attendance/payroll coordination, and report to senior management to meet customer satisfaction and productivity targets.

Operate powered industrial equipment (sit-down, stand-up, clamp) to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products in a distribution center. Inspect and maintain equipment, ensure accurate inbound/outbound shipments, perform inventory tasks and stock rotation, follow OSHA and customer safety requirements, and complete required records and post-hire assessments. Weekend onsite shift (Fri-Sun).
