Investigates inventory discrepancies, resolves operational case issues, maintains quality records and SOPs, supports audit readiness, updates associate training matrices, reports safety and quality nonconformances, and ensures inventory accuracy and compliance across distribution center accounts. The role also researches root causes, communicates corrective actions, follows GMP and safety requirements, and uses warehouse management and enterprise systems.

Build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and operational analyses for warehouse and eCommerce operations. Use DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling to analyze productivity, labor, capacity, service, and performance drivers. Establish KPI definitions, validate data quality, automate reporting, monitor refreshes, and translate findings into recommendations. Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, and Data Engineering, document reporting processes, train users, and support business reviews.

Supervise warehouse operations by assigning work, monitoring safety, productivity, quality, inventory, and shipment processes. Coach associates and temporary workers, maintain attendance and payroll records, investigate accidents, resolve concerns, coordinate schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also supports operational procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices in a food-grade warehouse during a three- to four-month interim assignment.
