Design, source, and improve injection molds and tooling for new and existing medical products. Lead tooling design reviews, generate tooling FMEAs, support CAPA tasks, use DFM, SPC, DOE and Six Sigma to meet yield, cycle-time, quality, and cost targets, and manage projects to completion.

Lead global category strategy for third-party manufacturing and purchased finished goods. Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, contract lifecycle management, and risk mitigation. Lead cross-functional teams, negotiate complex commercial agreements, establish preferred supply bases, measure supplier KPIs, and coordinate sourcing implementation across sites to ensure continuity of supply.

The Respiratory Sales Specialist builds and maintains ICU Medical's Respiratory Care business by developing relationships, supporting post-sales, and driving sales growth in the territory.

Responsible for providing support to the Labeling group, including tasks such as label creation, modification, and managing ECOs in AGILE PLM/Oracle EBS.

The Clinical Nurse Consultant leads clinical training and consultation for ICU Medical's products, collaborates with teams for workflow improvement, provides customer support, and serves as a clinical subject matter expert.

Lead marketing strategy, launch planning, and sales enablement for temperature management medical products. Track market adoption, conduct market research, advise product roadmap, create technical collateral and training, and coordinate with sales, R&D, supply chain, and global teams to drive product growth and forecasting.

Coordinate Oracle transactions for release of sterile medical devices, including in-process data entry of component lot numbers and scrap, label printing as needed, and adherence to regulatory and company procedures. Support product release from sterilization to distribution and perform other duties as assigned.
