Sets up and operates mills, lathes, grinders, jig borers, and other machining equipment. Interprets blueprints and specifications, selects tooling, adjusts machine controls, performs complex setups and troubleshooting, and inspects finished parts using precision measurement tools. Collaborates with engineers and production staff to resolve issues, completes production documentation, and trains CNC Operators and junior machinists. Requires at least five years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Leads supplier quality performance across components, materials, and special processes. Responsibilities include investigating and preventing supplier nonconformances, implementing process controls and CAPA systems, supporting supplier qualification and product validation, maintaining risk analyses, communicating supplier performance, and managing quality metrics. The role supports new product development and production manufacturing while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Develop and optimize CAM programs and CNC machining processes for multi-axis machines. Create process documentation, select tooling/fixtures, analyze cycle time and tool wear, lead NPI initiatives, provide DFM/DFA feedback, implement lean improvements, train machinists, and support CNC maintenance and troubleshooting.

Set up and operate mills, lathes and other machine tools to produce precision parts from blueprints. Maintain quality using GD&T and SPC.
