Lead and develop a planning team to create realistic production plans aligned with demand, capacity, materials and business priorities. Manage order execution, material availability, cross-functional alignment, risk mitigation and continuous improvement to optimize inventory, production flow and customer service.

Perform assembly and testing of gas panels and related hardware in a cleanroom, interpreting schematics and drawings, conducting leak and functional tests, supporting CI and safety, and meeting production, quality, and delivery targets.

Drive revenue by qualifying, presenting, and closing sales opportunities with distributors and small direct customers. Manage pipeline, conduct technical discovery, create customer-focused proposals, negotiate pricing, and maintain accurate contact data and forecasts while collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success.
