Serve as the onsite HR Business Partner for a Fremont manufacturing site supporting ~120 employees. Own full employee lifecycle, employee relations and investigations, California employment law compliance, talent management, workforce planning, HR operations/HRIS, and site-level HR metrics. Partner with leaders and COEs to drive organizational effectiveness, change management, and development for frontline and salaried populations.

Support introduction, maintenance, and continuous improvement of customer products. Create and process engineering change orders, propose manufacturable cost-reducing design changes, resolve production issues with manufacturing, maintain part databases, and participate in cross-functional continuous improvement.

The role involves developing and executing global sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring quality and performance in semiconductor manufacturing materials and tooling.
