Leads enterprise demand and production planning across product lines, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and finance. Develops forecasting capabilities, inventory strategies, S&OP practices, planning improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversees product lifecycle planning, order management, and supply chain performance while communicating with executives. Builds and manages planning teams, applies statistical and analytical methods, and uses ERP, demand management, and business intelligence tools to improve revenue forecasting and customer delivery.

Supervise internal and outsourced helpdesk teams supporting approximately 2,000 global employees. Manage SMAX ticketing, troubleshooting, SLAs, escalations, onboarding and offboarding, IT assets, compliance, documentation, and knowledge bases. Collaborate on IT infrastructure projects and enterprise tool deployments, including Office 365, RMM, and endpoint security. Coach team members and promote ITIL best practices, incident prevention, and service restoration.

Develops and maintains manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions, fixtures, and equipment. Improves efficiency, quality, cycle time, yield, and costs through automation, Lean methods, time studies, workflow analysis, and design collaboration. Conducts feasibility studies, supports engineering change orders and product introductions, resolves production issues, works with vendors and customer engineering teams, and mentors technicians and junior engineers.
