Supports manufacturing process development, new product introduction, process documentation, continuous improvement, prototype validation, issue resolution, and automation projects involving robotics and PLC applications. The intern evaluates tooling, costs, time standards, drawings, and process requirements while helping improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and manufacturability in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Leads global business intelligence initiatives across supply chain, production, inventory, and sales operations. Builds Power BI dashboards, develops Python and SQL solutions, applies predictive analytics and machine learning, and translates complex data into actionable insights. Partners with global stakeholders, leads analytics projects, establishes data governance practices, and provides technical guidance to improve planning, forecasting, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

Optimize CNC machining processes, labor standards, takt times, tooling, fixtures, shop-floor layouts, and material flow. Collaborate on NC/CAM programming, cutting parameters, quality investigations, and corrective actions. Maintain ERP bills of materials, routings, and process travelers while applying Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methods. The role also supports automation and machine-monitoring improvements in machining cells.
