Build and operate the company’s People Operations infrastructure as it scales. Responsibilities include designing employee lifecycle processes, administering TriNet and other HR systems, managing onboarding, payroll verification, documentation, compliance reporting, employee relations intake, compensation data, and People metrics. The role partners with IT, Cyber, Talent Acquisition, and the Facility Security Officer while supporting employee experience and creating scalable processes, tools, and policies.

Designs and analyzes mechanical structures, interfaces, and deployable systems for space-rated remote-sensing payloads. Ensures hardware meets thermal, vibration, shock, and load requirements; develops CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation; supports environmental testing; and collaborates on mass, volume, manufacturability, and structural optimization goals. The role also manages mechanical ground support equipment and optimizes manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities include RTL development on Xilinx RFSoC and UltraScale+ platforms, digital signal processing, SoC integration, high-speed interfaces, timing closure, verification, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and support for payload integration campaigns. The role collaborates with RF, systems, embedded software, and AIT engineers to deliver flight-quality firmware.

Develops and maintains SAR data-processing software, algorithms, quality systems, and analytic products. Collaborates with engineering teams to transition solutions into scalable operational pipelines, resolves product and customer issues, contributes to system design and technical business capture, and presents technical briefings. The role requires strong SAR imaging physics, complex imagery and phase-history expertise, software development practices, and participation in agile production delivery.

Designs, develops, integrates, and verifies embedded flight software and firmware for satellite payloads. Responsibilities include owning software architecture, implementing payload functionality, developing bus interfaces and ICDs, conducting software-only and regression testing, and supporting full requirements-to-test lifecycle activities. The role requires a systems approach across embedded software, firmware, GNC, avionics, hardware, and SAR technology.

Supports technical sales for complex government opportunities involving SAR satellite imagery and radar data products. Develops tailored solutions, explains technical capabilities to customers, coordinates cross-functional inputs, supports proposals and RFP responses, and assists with government customer visits requiring SCIF access. The role combines sales engineering, technical writing, SAR technology expertise, scripting, data analysis, cloud architecture, and project coordination.
