Support VA IT Budget and Finance by sustaining and enhancing the TBM Cost Transparency Model using Apptio. Analyze, validate, and map financial and operational data to TBM taxonomy, build data workflows and ETL processes, support data governance, automate financial reporting, and assist senior staff in client meetings to enable data-driven IT budgeting and investment decisions.

Design and maintain business architecture for healthcare enterprises by mapping strategy to capabilities, value streams, processes, and organizational structures; produce architecture artifacts; align business and IT initiatives; support governance and decision-making; and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Apply clinical and informatics expertise to assess needs, refine workflows, design and implement EHRs and clinical decision support, perform gap analyses, train users, monitor performance, and prepare reports for federal healthcare clients.

Lead organizational change efforts for a large federal agency by assessing readiness, designing future-state organizational structures, developing communication and adoption plans, applying behavioral assessments, delivering training/adoption programs, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring quality deliverables to drive sustainable transformation.
