Responsibilities include developing manual and automated test scripts, validating ETL logic and conversion loads, reconciling financial balances, testing source-to-target mappings and interfaces, managing defects, leading mock conversions, and confirming go-live readiness. The role requires collaboration with government clients and vendors, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with federal financial data conversion programs.

Lead organizational change management for a large federal agency: assess readiness, design future-state organization, drive adoption, develop communications and training, engage stakeholders, and support IT/ERP implementations to enable sustainable transformation.

Lead interface testing between Momentum Financials and external systems: develop and execute test plans/scripts, validate data mappings and file/message processing, use Oracle SQL to verify database results, document evidence and defects, support SIT/UAT, and coordinate defect resolution with stakeholders, vendors, and developers throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Analyze, validate, and map financial and operational data to TBM taxonomy, build data workflows and ETL processes, support data governance, automate financial reporting, and assist senior staff in client meetings to enable data-driven IT budgeting and investment decisions.
