Supports Momentum Financials implementation testing for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Develops and executes manual and automated system integration, regression, and UAT scripts; maintains test plans, requirements traceability, defect logs, and testing reports. Coordinates with government clients and vendors to resolve issues, supports UAT training, and assists with Section 508 testing. Requires federal financial systems experience, testing expertise, strong communication, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Lead data conversion testing for a federal Momentum financial system implementation supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. Responsibilities include developing manual and automated test scripts, validating ETL logic and conversion loads, reconciling financial balances, testing source-to-target mappings and interfaces, managing defects, leading mock conversions, and confirming go-live readiness. The role requires collaboration with government clients and vendors, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with federal financial data conversion programs.

Manage planning, execution, and evaluation of a federally funded pilot program. Coordinate schedules, risks, milestones, and stakeholders; support Agile and change management; analyze program data; build executive reports, dashboards, and briefings; and support strategic communications to drive program decisions and implementation.
