Develop, maintain, and validate project schedules and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for CCN NG and VFMP efforts. Coordinate with VA PMs and stakeholders, produce weekly and monthly reporting, identify dependencies and risks, recommend mitigations, and create MS Project macros to streamline scheduling processes.

Lead program management and analytics for complex federal healthcare initiatives: plan and execute programs, manage risks and resources, oversee healthcare data collection and analysis, develop dashboards and performance measures, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Lead and coordinate day-to-day program operations across workstreams, optimize workflows, monitor performance metrics, support workforce readiness and training, and drive continuous improvement and process standardization to meet contract objectives in collaboration with leadership and government stakeholders.
