Manage and grow strategic accounts across Spain and LATAM by building executive relationships, driving platform adoption, ensuring retention, leading renewals, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role includes monitoring account health and KPIs, conducting business reviews, coordinating cross-functional teams, advocating for customer needs, and advising complex international clients on maximizing platform value.

Own internal workplace IT for approximately 350 employees across multiple countries. Provide Level 1 and 2 support, manage macOS and Windows environments, administer SaaS tools and access rights, improve Jira Service Management processes, support onboarding and offboarding, manage office IT and meeting rooms, and create documentation. The role partners with Security, HR, Operations, and local providers while helping transition from Microsoft Office to Google Workspace.

Perform outbound and inbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and SQLs for enterprise and upper mid-market accounts. Support account-based outreach, stakeholder mapping, multi-channel sequencing, structured discovery, CRM hygiene, and partner co-prospecting to build pipeline and improve conversion.

Drive new business across Benelux by owning the full B2B SaaS sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, workshops, negotiation, and closing. Build and manage pipeline in CRM, identify cross-sell opportunities, collaborate with SDRs and product teams, and represent Ibexa at industry events while tracking market trends.

Design, build and scale backend messaging services for multichannel engagement. Develop high-performance Java/Spring APIs, implement event-driven systems (Kafka), ensure mobile push/SMS/email workflows, collaborate with PMs and UX, use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, and maintain CI/CD, security, and production reliability.

Generate and qualify pipeline for the German market through outbound/inbound and account-based prospecting, conduct discovery calls, document CRM insights, collaborate with AEs and partners, and maintain execution standards to deliver qualified meetings and SQLs.
