Support account-based outreach, stakeholder mapping, multi-channel sequencing, structured discovery, CRM hygiene, and partner co-prospecting to build pipeline and improve conversion.

Manage day-to-day HR operations for France and multiple entities, coordinating payroll, employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, absences, offboarding), handling employee relations and social dialogue with unions, ensuring French labor law compliance, and driving HR process improvements and payroll harmonisation initiatives.

Lead and grow the DACH partner ecosystem by recruiting, enabling, and managing system integrators, agencies, and referral partners. Define and execute indirect go-to-market strategies, drive partner-led pipeline and revenue, deliver partner training and certifications, and collaborate cross-functionally to track KPIs, forecast performance, and organize joint marketing activities to increase market visibility and customer success.
