Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic SaaS clients in Benelux as trusted advisor. Drive retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities; run business reviews, monitor KPIs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful multi-product, international adoption and alignment across stakeholders.

Build and scale the distributed Customer Data Platform: implement data ingestion, unification and activation pipelines; write and test backend features; contribute to architecture, deployments, monitoring and Azure-based operations; collaborate with Product, Design and frontend teams; mentor and lead architecture as a senior.
