Lead IBBX's people strategy for a high-growth hardware/software startup: build scalable HR processes, drive talent acquisition for technical roles, shape culture, implement performance management and career ladders, oversee HR infrastructure (onboarding, benefits, compliance) and deploy HR tech to support data-driven people decisions.
