Lead and deliver P3M projects for defence, public and private clients. Provide P3M guidance, stakeholder engagement, business development support, bid input, mentoring, and drive internal improvement initiatives. Maintain client relationships and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, quality, and value expectations. Must obtain required security vetting and work hybrid from Bristol-area and client sites.

Partner with clients across public and private sectors to shape and deliver end-to-end digital transformation: discovery, product and delivery management, change adoption, governance alignment, and continuous improvement using Agile/Lean and GDS-aligned practices. Mentor juniors and support business development while embedding AI and automation responsibly.

Lead and deliver change management engagements across defence, public and private sectors. Advise clients, design and implement readiness strategies, direct delivery teams, manage stakeholders, assess organisational readiness, and support business development while holding/obtaining required security vetting.

Lead design and delivery of secure, scalable public and private cloud solutions. Translate business needs into architectures, produce technical designs, ensure compliance and security, govern solution delivery, engage stakeholders (including CxO), and travel to client sites. Support solution lifecycle from design through deployment.

Lead and deliver P3M and project controls services for Submarine Enterprise clients, manage stakeholder relationships, support bids and business development, provide P3M/project controls guidance, mentor junior staff, and drive internal business improvement initiatives.

Lead SDLC, DevOps and full‑stack capability for client engagements: design and implement CI/CD, IaC and cloud practices (AWS/Azure), deliver technical consulting, build reusable assets and mentor future engineers while supporting business development and capability growth.

Provide project controls and project management expertise across defence and central government clients. Deliver planning, scheduling, risk, cost controls, assurance frameworks, and client-facing consulting while supporting business development and mentoring junior staff.
