Lead and deliver P3M projects for defence, public and private clients. Provide P3M guidance, stakeholder engagement, business development support, bid input, mentoring, and drive internal improvement initiatives. Maintain client relationships and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, quality, and value expectations. Must obtain required security vetting and work hybrid from Bristol-area and client sites.

Partner with clients across public and private sectors to shape and deliver end-to-end digital transformation: discovery, product and delivery management, change adoption, governance alignment, and continuous improvement using Agile/Lean and GDS-aligned practices. Mentor juniors and support business development while embedding AI and automation responsibly.

Lead and deliver change management engagements across defence, public and private sectors. Advise clients, design and implement readiness strategies, direct delivery teams, manage stakeholders, assess organisational readiness, and support business development while holding/obtaining required security vetting.
