Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations to mitigate risk, drive adoption, and expand customer relationships.

Lead post-sale lifecycle and enterprise deployments of AI agents for healthcare. Manage end-to-end implementations, serve as primary client contact, monitor account health, coordinate Solution Architects and engineers, align with Account Managers on strategy, and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Lead and scale Hyro's B2B marketing engine for U.S. enterprise healthcare: build ABM and demand-generation programs, centralize messaging, rearchitect marketing stack with AI, drive pipeline and attribution, hire and manage marketing teams, and represent the company at events and conferences.
