Leads and develops an Engagement Manager team responsible for enterprise SaaS implementations and post-sale delivery. Owns portfolio KPIs, delivery timelines, account health, escalations, client relationships, playbooks, project templates, and reporting. Partners with Account Management, Solution Architecture, Product, and Engineering to resolve risks, coordinate resources, improve delivery processes, and incorporate customer feedback into product development.

Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, product launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and marketing collateral for AI healthcare products. Partner with product, sales, customer success, growth, and content teams; brief industry analysts; gather customer insights; and improve launch and enablement processes.

Own adoption and expansion of Hyro’s AI agents across strategic healthcare accounts. Serve as an embedded customer advisor, guide deployment strategies, translate requirements into implementation plans, deliver product demos and training, and build trust with stakeholders from frontline staff through executives. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Engagement teams while helping establish the company’s new forward-deployed function.
