Operate as the hands-on People & Culture operations lead: run HR administration, onboarding, systems administration, documentation, basic payroll reporting, project execution, and employee engagement support for a remote, high-growth DTC company.

Own the operational link between factory and storefront: manage Shopify backend, demand forecasting, inventory integrity across ~20 SKUs, 3PL coordination, cross-border logistics, supplier negotiation, and operational readiness for marketing campaigns and launches.

Operate and maintain the technical stack for DTC funnels and a B2B SaaS platform: build and troubleshoot Checkout Champ funnels, edit Shopify themes in Liquid, manage merchant processing, deploy and debug tracking (pixels, CAPI, GTM, Voluum), and act as the second responder for production incidents while documenting fixes and owning components over time.
