We are continuously looking for designers who combine strong craft with critical thinking, research sensibility and the ability to operate within complex digital ecosystems.
What you will do
Contribute to the design of digital products and services, from discovery to delivery.
Participate in user research activities, including interviews, usability testing and insight synthesis.
Translate research findings into clear design decisions, user journeys and interaction flows.
Design interfaces that balance usability, clarity and visual quality.
Collaborate with product, development and other design disciplines to ensure coherent solutions.
Present and communicate design rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of design quality, processes and practices.
What we look for
Experience as a UX/UI Designer, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving and reasoning - not just visual output.
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design and user-centred design processes.
Experience working with research insights and applying them to design decisions.
Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma preferred).
Ability to work in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Native Portuguese and fluent English.
Nice to have
Experience in complex enterprise environments.
Familiarity with design systems.
Exposure to accessibility standards.
Experience working in consulting contexts.
