UX Researcher

We are continuously looking for UX Researchers who combine analytical thinking, methodological rigor and strong communication skills. Whether embedded in client teams or working within multidisciplinary Hyphen squads, our researchers help shape digital products and services through deep user and business understanding.

What you will contribute to

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities (interviews, usability testing, surveys, field research).

• Define research goals aligned with business and product objectives.

• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights.

• Translate research outputs into frameworks, opportunity areas and strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers and developers.

• Communicate research rationale and findings to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

• Contribute to improving research practices and standards within the team.
  

What we look for

• Proven experience in UX Research, supported by case studies demonstrating structured thinking and impact.

• Strong knowledge of research methodologies and when to apply them.

• Ability to move from insights to strategy and design direction.

• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Native Portuguese and fluent English
  

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise or complex ecosystems.

• Experience working in consulting environments.

• Familiarity with service design or strategic design approaches.
