Advise product, design, marketing, founders, and stakeholders; negotiate publishing, distribution, user acquisition, and outsourcing agreements; manage app store terms, subscriptions, refunds, GDPR, content moderation, child protection, and international IP strategy.

Own and improve the gaming group’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, monitoring, incident response, automation, security, access management, device administration, hardware procurement, SaaS licensing, cost control, and thorough documentation. Provide employee technical support and troubleshoot infrastructure issues while maintaining secure, efficient, and predictable IT operations across multiple domains.

Lead the user acquisition strategy and execution for a mobile multiplayer shooter: build and scale UA processes, run and optimize cross-channel campaigns, own analytics and reporting, define creative briefs and provide feedback, test new channels and hypotheses, and deliver stakeholder insights.

Design, develop, and maintain core gameplay systems in Unity, focusing on performance and visual quality for mobile games. Collaborate with designers and engineers to implement features and improve game mechanics.

As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will manage and enhance the infrastructure's reliability, security, and scalability, including incident management, DDoS mitigation, and centralized node management.
