Improve core gameplay and meta systems such as social features, onboarding, progression, and retention. Configure content in Unity, coordinate with art teams, run A/B tests, analyze performance, and optimize monetization systems for a multiplayer mobile shooter.

Lead and establish HyperHug’s legal function, overseeing corporate, commercial, employment, intellectual property, platform, privacy, player safety, and regulatory matters. Advise product, design, marketing, founders, and stakeholders; negotiate publishing, distribution, user acquisition, and outsourcing agreements; manage app store terms, subscriptions, refunds, GDPR, content moderation, child protection, and international IP strategy.

Own and improve the gaming group’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, monitoring, incident response, automation, security, access management, device administration, hardware procurement, SaaS licensing, cost control, and thorough documentation. Provide employee technical support and troubleshoot infrastructure issues while maintaining secure, efficient, and predictable IT operations across multiple domains.
