Lead and establish HyperHug’s legal function, overseeing corporate, commercial, employment, intellectual property, platform, privacy, player safety, and regulatory matters. Advise product, design, marketing, founders, and stakeholders; negotiate publishing, distribution, user acquisition, and outsourcing agreements; manage app store terms, subscriptions, refunds, GDPR, content moderation, child protection, and international IP strategy.

Own and improve the gaming group’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, monitoring, incident response, automation, security, access management, device administration, hardware procurement, SaaS licensing, cost control, and thorough documentation. Provide employee technical support and troubleshoot infrastructure issues while maintaining secure, efficient, and predictable IT operations across multiple domains.

Own the game’s quality strategy across the development lifecycle, build scalable manual and automated QA processes, oversee performance and release quality, and lead the QA team. The role partners with Development and Product to identify systemic risks and improve quality for a rapidly growing live mobile multiplayer game.
