Corporate Counsel will lead commercial and corporate legal matters for an AI infrastructure company. Responsibilities include negotiating cloud and customer MSAs, structuring strategic partnerships, advising on AI, privacy, and financial regulations, managing disputes and regulatory inquiries, supporting financings and governance, developing contract processes, and overseeing outside counsel and the legal budget.

Lead Hyperbolic Labs’ global marketing function, building the brand and communications strategy for its AI cloud, GPU marketplace, and inference services. Develop product positioning, messaging, and storytelling for technical and enterprise audiences; use quantitative metrics to improve acquisition and engagement; partner with engineering and product teams; and build, recruit, and lead the marketing organization. Manage ecosystem partnerships, community advocates, channel growth, and creative experimentation.

Build pricing and risk models for GPU compute markets, including spot and term rates, derivatives, hedges, options, and futures. Develop dynamic pricing from supply, demand, and inventory data; structure new financial products; analyze emerging market conditions; and communicate model outputs to finance, engineering, and commercial stakeholders. The role requires defining methodologies for an early, illiquid asset class and working with messy production data.

Own the operational workflow supporting Hyperbolic’s go-to-market team, including contract tracking, quote and order form preparation, CRM data quality, customer follow-up, support routing, invoicing coordination, and meeting preparation. The role suits an organized, proactive professional with 0–3 years of experience who is comfortable learning CRM systems, using AI tools to automate repetitive work, and ensuring customer and deal processes move through completion.

Own customer infrastructure support tickets from initial response through resolution while meeting SLAs. Diagnose Linux-based GPU cluster issues, troubleshoot access, storage, networking, containers, drivers, billing, and account problems, and coordinate escalations. Execute and improve runbooks, document solutions, maintain customer and internal documentation, communicate clearly under pressure, and participate in on-call coverage across time zones.

Lead the origination and structuring of debt capital facilities to fund AI compute capacity, including bank revolvers, private credit, receivables-backed structures, SPV financings, and equipment financing. Own lender relationships, capital raises, financial modeling, documentation negotiations, covenant structures, post-close reporting, and coordination between debt, equity, vendor, and customer contracts. Partner directly with the CEO and Head of Finance to develop financeable capital strategies in an emerging asset class.

The role involves benchmarking infrastructure performance, designing tests, debugging customer trials, and maintaining benchmarking infrastructure while ensuring clear documentation and communication.

Establish and own the data analytics foundation for a GPU marketplace: define metrics, build data pipelines and dashboards, ensure data correctness, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

The Head of Supply will build and scale GPU supply for Hyperbolic Labs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure supply meets customer demand.

Source and negotiate GPU capacity supply agreements, manage supplier pipelines from outreach to signed contracts, conduct commercial diligence, align supply with demand alongside Sales/Finance, coordinate with Legal/Operations, track market pricing and capacity trends, represent the company at industry events, and develop scalable supply processes.

Lead and scale the AI cloud infrastructure: design GPU orchestration, multi-region cloud, networking, storage, and reliability. Build SRE and Platform teams, define SLOs/SLIs, automate operations, and remain hands-on in architecture, debugging, and implementation to support AI training and inference at scale.
